Viktoria Penkova is the managing partner of the Law Firm \u201cPenkova & Partners\u201d. He has over 30 years of legal experience. Since 1990, he is currently a lawyer from the Sofia Bar Association. From 2000 until now, he is the managing partner of the Law Firm \u201cPenkova and Partners\u201d (previously known as \u201cDyulgerova and Penkova\u201d).<\/p>\n

Viktoria Penkova acquires various qualifications in connection with the application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and practical management of contractual claims and dispute resolution according to the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, having many years of experience and recognition in the field of construction law.<\/p>\n

Advises and represents participants in construction projects at all phases of the construction process, assisting during their implementation and representation in court and arbitration proceedings on arising disputes.<\/p>\n

She advises and represents participants in infrastructure projects, the design and construction of residential, office and commercial complexes, providing full assistance in connection with urban planning procedures, appeals of administrative acts related to construction, tender procedures during construction, conclusion and execution of contracts for construction, design and implementation of construction supervision.<\/p>\n

He represents successfully clients in civil, arbitration and administrative cases, with extensive experience in the field of contracts concluded under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, as well as in the field of tax disputes.<\/p>\n

Viktoria Penkova is an arbitrator at the FIDIC National Lists of Adjudicators at the Bulgarian Association of Architects and Consulting Engineers.<\/p>\n
