\nReal Estate & Construction<\/strong>
\nVasil works with construction contractors, property management companies, real estateinvestors, developers, luxury hotel complexes and high-net-worth individuals.
\nSkilled in spatial planning law, he advises on land status, valuation and taxation, urbanplanning, and drafts and negotiates agreements in relation to real estate developmentsand construction in Bulgaria.
\nHe also represents real estate clients in commercial transactions, debt recovery andownership disputes, employment law and in administrative law matters such as obtainingplanning permission.
\nVasil has gained recognition in the Legal 500 EMEA as a member of Ivanov & Partners\u2019dispute resolution team, which is noted for its work in construction disputes.

Vasil is the head of Ivanov & Partners\u2019 tax law and accounting practice, advisingindividuals, small and medium enterprises and large corporations on commercialtransactions, corporate income tax, VAT, local taxes, and in tax disputes.

\nVasil has considerable experience in administrative law and procedure advising all types ofbusinesses on the processes required to obtain government permissions. He also assistsclients with appeals and challenges to government agency decisions.
